Wet Nose Animal Rescue Centre is a Right to Life animal shelter that rescues, rehabilitates and re-homes abused, abandoned and neglected animals. We are a registered non-profit organisation that receives no government or municipal funding. Finances are raised through the public and our fundraising events.

Wet Nose Horse rescued

We currently care for over 500 animals, which get love and care until they find their new forever homes. We do not put animals to sleep, unless they are in severe pain and cannot be saved. We rescue dogs, cats, horses, donkeys and all other farm animals.

Wet Nose Vet

Our veterinary clinic provides medical attention to all our animals which includes sterilisation, operations, wound care and basic health care. Our clinic is open to the public at affordable prices and include x-ray facilities. The income generated from the clinic is used to support the funding of the shelter. We also have a well-equipped pet shop which is open to the public. They sell all your pet care necessities which includes dog and cat food.

Wet Nose Inspector's vehicle

Law enforcement is done through our Inspectorate department. Education and awareness programmes are carried out in our interactive Education Centre. Educational programmes are formatted according to age groups whereas corporate programmes include optional team building packages.
